Eagles better prepared

Eagles better prepared, says Worsfold:

"West Coast Eagles coach John Worsfold says his players are wiser after their round 22 loss to Adelaide, and will be better prepared for this weekend's AFL preliminary final against the Crows in Perth."

Yes, the Eagles are very enthusiastic about meeting the Crows on Saturday, but the Crows , too, have been through a good learning curve. When there is that amount of anticipation in the teams and this much anticipation in us, how electric is Saturday night going to be?? Some are off in their cars for the 3 day drive to Perth. Some will coach over, some will fly and some will gather with their friends and family around the set and watch the match. Everyone was positively bubbling with excitement today...except the Port supporters. One guy gave his Port friend some mothballs!! Subtle. The rest of us have been a bit mindful of the fact it hurts when your team loses...especially in front of the home crowd. Most of us have acknowledged Port just didnt have a good night, like the Crows didn't have a good night the weekend before. If the Port supporters don't watch the semi finals we shall understand why...but the Crows supporters are just bubbling over and when you hear the West Coast Eagles being keen..well, you know you are in for a good match. Everyone is soooo happy. What will we do until Friday? Work? You expect us to work?...but we've got the cricket to watch and the match...work?
