Russian sub resurfaces.

Russian sub resurfaces. :

"A multinational rescue operation worked to release the submarine that was trapped on the ocean floor off Russia's Pacific coast."

I was keeping a bit of an eye on this one and didn't really want to know it would end up like that other awful submarine accidnet. We seem to be specialising in cliff hanging disasters just lately and as much as you feel for the thousands of people who lose thier lives each month, there comes a time where you cannot confront it anymore. We are always on the brink. Always neck deep in chaos and people are constantly in the lap of tragedy. Why? Are we slack? Are we too nonchalant about safety? Are we pushing equipment past its limits? But cables and nets certainly do their bit to damage sea faring folk and fauna. I heard that other people were trying to help the Russians and I thought that was great, that earthlings just got in there to offer a hand. Whether it's a strategic site or not I have no idea. Maybe we need to stop all this strategic site nonsense. In any case we considered the lives of these submariners far more important than any "secret" strategies and that makes me really proud. We thought our fellow humans were more important than things and everyone pitched in to help. I thought I heard an American voice on the news saying they were off to the submarine with the things they would need. Maybe he worked on the British "Scorpio" or maybe it was another boat that went along. As I have said before, we don't actually need to create chaos in order to try ourselves out and give ourselves challenges. Daily living does it for us and when we react as a planet , we do some great things.
