The Olive Train

The Olive Train greets you as you come into McLaren Vale and it's a spot to eat, drink and try and buy some of the local produce. Last time I heard we were processing the oil for the Olive trees in Tasmania. Apparently the Tasmanian oil is doing well on the international market. The olive trees here are getting into trouble for stifling and killing native vegetation.
Mind you, what greeted me this morning was some kind of rural pong akin to rancid yoghurt. Very fermented, strong yoghurt on the wind. Cheese factory? Fertiliser? Thankfully it didn't last too long.
