Baby Shaker

"Apple has apologised after a "deeply offensive" game for the iPhone called "Baby Shaker" was approved for sale in the company's online store."
Who approved it ? Who gave the go ahead? How does a game like that get to be released? How can it become a product without someone saying yes? All those people need help and Apple and any company need to keep tabs on what they are marketing. These things get out, there are the apologies, but they still get out. And who made the game? That person needs a lot of help and  I'd like to know that this matter has been properly investigated and resolved. I want to know the checks and balances ahve been done. We are awful when we cannot even think kindly about little babies. I don't want a society like that. It's not something I can excuse.
