Oh yes, we are ropable about execs giving themselves pay rises and then quitting the job or taking jobs overseas.Obscene is the word we have been using. We have woken up to ourselves and others. It is great to see us thinking about what this all means now. Some people have beautiful feathered nests, lifestyles and retirement plans thanks to the hard work of those who have become unemployed. We realise that all the lovely lifestyle and profiteering was built on very dubious values indeed. We are scandalised at how the execs have catered to their self indulgence at the expense of workers and jobs. The fact we now have "menials" who can be treated in such a fashion has really got to us. It is a real superior being mentality which we are not going to tolerate. Okay we got sucked in by all the hype about everyone being better off than ever, the property boom and the wealth creation. We know how fake that was now and how we just had the privileged and the non privileged...
