My sister made me a Chocolate Marquise for my birthday. It wasn't this recipe but it is a desert cake par excellence. Rich, very chocolately and just divine . That after the wonderful Thai food from the Wok's Happening Restaurant gave me one of the best five star birthday meals of my life!! All so nice and all such a surprise.
