As long as they do it properly, don't cut corners and pay careful attention to the environmental factors. can't wait. We just do not have the infrastructure to support our growing population and we are having to do this all retrospectively because we are growing fast. We need the water and it'll be great if it can be safely be set up earlier than was thought.
