Daylight savings change creates time bug

Daylight savings change creates time bug : "'The fact that the rules have changed and those rules haven't been reflected back into the tables in the computer, means the computer has got the wrong idea about what the time is.'"

It's not a bug, it's a programming implementation dip. I do believe this was the weekend we were going to change back and now they have changed their minds and put it to next weekend. They really needn't bother. We are over it. We have done stinking hot day after day and now we have been thrown into freezing cold and wet...so to have the times changed on us next weekend so we are getting up an hour earlier than now by putting the clocks back, may well send people over the top and round the bend. The computers didn't get it wrong. The people who programme them didn't update the information . My one hasn't been a problem but my daughter's changed over.
