Man on lawnmower charged for DUI : "The mower has been impounded, and Mr Gunn has a date in court later this week, facing charges of careless driving, driving while disqualified, and driving with excess breath alcohol."
He was twice the legal limit and found to be drunk in charge of a mower. He thought he was all right because it went far slower than a bicycle! Reminds me of some French guy ages ago who sawed the wings off his plane and drove it down to the shops. He too was fined.You just can't drive what you want on the road!
