The Better Health Channel is such a good site! When I am not sure and I want to go over the basics to do with health, then the Better Health Channel always sets my head straight very quickly. It should be more widely advertised so that internet users know where to get sane advice. With regard to polio, then it's vaccination but keeping those hands washed!! There's a reason why we keep being told to wash our hands!! The site will update you quickly on what you need to know and that is our health services serve us well and we should be grateful.
