Police hunt mini-skirt flasher : "He was wearing a red beanie, grey top (possibly a T-shirt or singlet), black socks, blue and white sports shoes and a small black mini skirt."
He's in his 30s and there is a pretty good identikit picture. With a miniskirt he needs the fashion police onto him as well, so I doubt they'll take long to find him. The girls were pretty young and it would most likely be very upsetting for them. It's the gall of it and then the inappropriateness of it. Young girls find this kind of thing quite disturbing. It happened to my daughter and her friend when they were on their way to school and the man lurked behind the bushes. It's one of the two times my daughter rang me at work so I knew there was a real problem. They had tried to manage it and had tried to get on with their school day, but it was just upsetting them all the time and this is where Mum came in. Once the teachers knew, the police knew and the man was never seen again. It's important for people to report behaviour like this because it might stop at this and it might not.
