Glenelg is a very handy spot, especially when it is sunny, but it always has a good feel about it. Brighton, which is close by is also coming along and the tram makes it so easy to get to town. Glenelg is self contained and there are lots of things which happen there during the year, so it is very vibrant. For the tourist , it is ideal because everything is there and people I know who have come over here and stayed there have just fallen in love with the place. Some visitors like to get a bike and enjoy cycling along our foreshore here. It's ideal because a lot of the rest of our beach areas are very hilly and you have to be super fit to cycle them!!
