I don't think the epileptics have forced the logo offline. That's a bit harsh. I think the designers haven't taken the health effects into account as they designed it and that's surprising since those sorts of effects which bring about epilepsy are fairly widely known and have been for years. Most lighting displays and special effects always take epilepsy into account. We have had some spectacular displays on and off the Net from all around the world which have been enjoyed by all. We are usually more inclusive in our approach. I am certain it will be able to be managed equitably and still make a strong visual impact.
