Presumably the people are vetted? How do you know who is borrowing you and how do you know whom you have borrowed? It sounds like a great idea? If it's onsite then it would be a really sociable, enjoyable occasion and it would make use of our accumulated knowledge in a dynamic way. So, who can you borrow?
