I've got a twisted sister!! I found it in a nursery at the end of summer and it's been on the back of my table in the shade and has done well. I have planted baby's tears around it but it's been too hot and dry for them to take off yet. I love it. I don't know its real name...curlyatus verdantatis for all I know. It loves wet feet and just gets the morning sun. I have never seen these ever anywhere but they just look after themselves and the curly fronds are amazing. They sell it under the name Twisted Sister.
