Weekend sleep-ins 'cause fatigue' -

Weekend sleep-ins 'cause fatigue' :

"'We've discovered that these sleep-ins are actually putting your body out of whack enough to change your Sunday night bedtime and set you up for Monday blues,' Professor Lack told AAP."

No more sleep ins??!! I live for sleep ins at the weekend even if they don't last that long. It's the thought of being able to lie in bed longer than 6 am so anything is a sleep in. At the moment nature is on Leon Lack's side. It's getting lighter and brighter. Then I have two piping shrike (our state emblem!!) which bash and squawk on my window at 6 am until I lift the blind...and if that's not enough I have the two crows who are building a nest cawing at each other all their early morning love banter...no hope of a sleep in at the moment so my circadian rhythms shouldn't be a problem!! What about an afternoon nap?!
