Teens accused of inciting dog attack. :
"Busselton detectives say the two 18-year-old males broke in to a home in Busselton on Friday night and dragged another 18-year-old living there into nearby bushland.
It is alleged they tied him to a tree then encouraged a dog they had brought along to attack him."
Where are these kids heads and why are we bringing up children like this? Officially they vote in the same queue as me. What is the matter with them?
