Fishy answer to weight loss

Fishy answer to weight loss :

"An Adelaide study has found that overweight people on a modest exercise plan lose more weight if they also take daily doses of tuna oil rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.

The polyunsaturated fats, found in oily fish and some grains, nuts and vegetables, have cardiovascular benefits but little is known about their contribution to weight loss."

No wonder everyone in Adelaide is eating fish. The only ard thing to take is that it gets mighty whiffy around lunch time with some of the stuff they are eating. I think fish oil should be eaten in the privacy of your own home. A real success is all the fishy things packed in spring water with the delicious seasonings. They are hugely popular and not so on the nose. It's also good to seeing salmon making a big come back...don't know why. I just think the pink is awfully attractive in a meal. Very cheerful on a winery day! And fish oil certainly sustains you against the cold.
