Wear sunscreen under clothes

Wear sunscreen under clothes: :

"The US Government's National Institute of Health is sponsoring a study by Dr Kimlin into exposure to Ultraviolet A (UVA) light – the longer wavelength rays associated with UV radiation."

The message I am getting from Dr. Kimlin's study is just to wear sunscreen all the time. If clothes are no protection, office windows, glass roofs and car windshields are all a problem then we need a more comprehensive way of managing UV light. It didn't used to be a s drastic as this...or did it? Car windshields are bigger and offices can have huge windows. A lot of Adelaide's new buildings are concrete and glass. I think we need to think about what to advice people since just living appears to be a problem
