Lobster cooking studied in bid to help industry :
"Researchers from Curtin University in Perth have begun a three-year study to find better ways to cook western rock lobster."
I was surprised to see a university studying this. More the area for culinary experts, I should have thought. They have discovered different methods increase the weight of th lobsters. It's a big industry , so the research is essential here and probably ties in with other seafod things. Who knows. Not enough information. I can well imagine there will be plenty of people volunteering to eat the experiments and offer their opinions!! We love our lobster.
