Mt. Gambier and the surrounding areas make great cheese and even though this is a story of the Chilli Philly...you can't get away from the fact that Mt. Gambier is one of our sources of great fresh food. The vegetables are fresher, they have a great line of preserves and the food just tastes that bit better. They are using Spring Gully chilli sauce which is one of our locally produced ones. We love chillis. We love cheese. We are great on the chips and dips, the crackers and dips and the veggies and dips, so a chilli Philly was destined to succeed! Typical BBQ and party fare.
