Fantastic idea. As we work out ways to use storm water run off more efficiently, we also need to be looking at ways of harnessing solar power and our concrete and clay certainly absorbs the heat. if we can then use that for our own daily purposes then this is really inventive and logical thinking.We do have to be more open in our ideas and make climate change work for us as we try to address the bad impacts of it.
