AdelaideNow... Police impound car of P-plate hoon driver
AN 18-year-old P-plater had his car impounded for one week after he was caught doing burn-outs in the northern suburbs while allegedly drunk.
Yes, indeed, what is going on? We had a bit of an upsurge when the rain started because wet roads and wheels make a lovely noise...then they got over it and hibernated through winter. They have obviously woken up with the spring weather because there is a racket everyday again now...and it's bloomin' annoying. Can't we build them a track or something? Driving like that in suburban neighbourhoods just doesn't work for anyone.
