Yep, just hook us up to the computer and kill two birds with one stone. Keep us fit and generate energy to power the computer and peripherals. That'll save carbon and costs. Personally, I find you have to get up and walk around and go and see people and have a break to get your body moving and your eyes looking without staring! It's about variety. No one should be stationery for more than 20 minutes. Ask my physio!
