Team discovers new giant lobster species :
"An international research network announced on Monday the discovery in the past year of marine species including a giant rock lobster, beaked squid and 'Jurassic' shrimp."
But can you eat it? If it is gigantic, so much the better because we really like our lobster here. It often turns up on the Christmas table. We love crayfish, Morton Bay Bugs and Balmain Bugs...so another edible lobster ...yum....but I think we'd better conserve this one if it's special and threatened!! They seem to be turning up a lot of new marine species just lately. Where have they been hiding all these years and how come Jacques Cousteau missed them???
