Booze epidemic adds to rape crisis

The Australian: Booze epidemic adds to rape crisis :

"ALCOHOL abuse among young people has become the nation's 'forgotten epidemic' and is responsible for complete memory loss of horrific rapes, according to the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre."

I think we seriously need to get some age group prfiling of young people. We need it in 5 year bands because changes have occurred so fast the impact of them on different groups of children is different. We seem to have a lot of young ones who don't like their lives, who easily dispose of their lives and who have no idea how to keep themselves safe. We also have young ones who are really testing the boundaries. If we profile them we may well find some better ways of helping them and dealing with them. Truly, I don't know how many teenagers are like this girl but what have we done to get kids like this? It's the lucky country? How many kids are like this? What percentage. It is so sad.
