The Wilderness Society has a beautiful postcard out. They are one of the groups which have worked hard to obtain our new legislation to identify and protect wild rivers. We really do have to have a good clean up of our rivers and the legislation is a start. Curently they are putting a lot of effort into the issues associated with the forests in Tasmania and New South Wales. Our Queenland forest areas have shrunk quite a lot. We need the trees and forests to stabilise our environment. Cut down too many trees and you end up with dust.
