Poor mum, poor little child and poor driver who wasn't speeding. Our weather has made visibility very poor and some car colours simply do not stand out under current conditions. Little children just pop up out of no where. I nearly hit a high school student who decided to go straight across the school crossing after she'd turned to go back to the path. The uniform just didn't stand out in the grey , heavy rain and we were all crawling along so carefully. Hopefully they will now fix this crossing area on Hamblynn Road because it's hard enough, even with the proper crossings.
