Man saves motorist, then sacked by boss | NEWS.com.au
Mr Fisher described his sacking as "a bit unlucky" and dismissed suggestions he was a hero, but police will recommend bravery awards for him and fellow rescuers Cameron Wilson and Johan Malm.
Well, now we know why Mr. Fisher is such a hero. He just does what needs to be done and keeps it all in perspective. The police have at least got the right take on it and his ex boss is going to look rather mean. Of course he cannot work if he cut his feet trying to save a man's life. The first in to save him and then two others followed and someone is now alive thanks to the three of them. Mr. Fisher had to work hard to save the man. I just hope the world will reward him in a real way for this because it's pretty sad he lost his job. He needs a nice job somewhere else.
