'Nothing untoward' about Grybas death

'Nothing untoward' about Grybas death : "'At this stage it is such a shock for someone so young, fit and healthy to die. Our thoughts first and foremost go out to Clinton's family and his friends.''"

Having been through this myself I have nothing but heartfelt sympathy for this family and the people who know him as a familiar face. When that kind of big personality is missing, you certainly feel the gap and the pain. You are not fit and healthy if you die at 32 . Something has to have created the circumstance and even though my brother in law had health issues we were certainly not expecting him to die so young . We had to piece it all together with the help of his doctor and what we knew. Retrospectively we can see how he was at risk but no one thought for a moment it was possibly so serious. Maybe the Mr. Grybas just got to working too hard and couldn't slow down. Something obviously happened and the what ifs will not bring him back...but they help to soften the blow...and put you on alert to safeguard other people you know. This is very sad. My friend lost her brother when he was 35 and it was just that he had been too busy, too interested, too in love with life. He forgot to rest and sleep enough to keep himself going. Same happened with my dad. He was "fit and healthy" but he was always doing, always busy, always organising something or other and was constantly social and sociable. His body just couldn't keep up.
