Aussie women shatter medley relay WR.

Aussie women shatter medley relay WR. :

"Australia's crack women swimmers broke the 4x100 metres medley relay world record by more than a second at the Commonwealth Games on Tuesday night."

They certainly did. It was so unbelievably exciting. So fantastic and the women swimmers have shown how beautiful they are now they have had a chance to shine. It's is so incredibly difficult when you are in the same world as awesome athletes. It's been a great games because it has allowed us to see so many great competitors achieve so much and so well. It's been a chance to see England, Scotland, the Isle of Man. It's been great to see our men swimmers having to think hard how they will win and then see the men's medsey team bring it home. It was fantastic to see that Welsh guy win the 1500 metres in the swimming because all those wins mean so much to so many. It was fantastic to see the little pocket rocket Kenyan come out and do an awesome job in the men's 5,000 metres last night and watch one of our own men nearly win it until the pocket rocket put the turbo boosters on and just took off. Like to the two Kenyan women today who just had energy to spare after their massive race and our Austrlain girl hanging in there and coming fourth. I even saw someone from the Isle of Man win one of the bike races. I have so enjoyed watching so many good sports people and it has been so obvious now just how much women contribute and how professional they are and finally, finally we have had a chance to see them as they are...tough, energetic, positive and just so good. These games have highlighted the necessity for all to share the glory adn not in some arbitrary way, but in a genuine sense of competition and good fun. There has been a lot of fun. Loved the Cameroun weightlifeter who did the back flip!
