I know we are doing other things and are part of other groups, but we still need to sign the Kyoto Protocol because it was developed by the United Nations and that is still our world organisation and the only one we have which represents the world. We keep side stepping it and pretending it won't help. It is the thing which is currently in place to help global warming and has been developed carefully. Other group initiatives can be added to that. I just laughed when I saw this cartoon in the paper today. It says it all.
