They don't know if they are going to be hit by Cyclone Kerry or not. If you can read french you will see they had consulted various meteorological bureaux in France, Fiji and America, all of which were giving a different trajectory. So, as the article is headed, they were sitting there in suspense for lack of useful facts. Can't even tell if a cyclone is going to hit you or not!!
