Telstra

TELSTRA customers will soon be slugged $2.20 when they pay their bills by mail or over the counter.
Telstra was a company people could trust and they were loyal to it. It had a good name for fair deals and reliable service. Now people look out for how Telstra is creating some interesting financial  management which means users pay more. It no longer seems to be a company which actually offers safe telecommunications. Everyone is wary and everyone has a story. Big shame considering how good it was. On the other hand, people are picking up good deals on 3 and are more than happy to rave about it...and that is a good company...someone who offers good , relaible service at a good price. By contrast people using Telstra have a story to tell...like my friend who was double billed for opting for the online payment service. If you don't catch it , they don't act on it and then you have to be REALLY persistent to get it resolved. Not good enough.
