I was lucky to be at Darling Harbour when this guy was playing and I bought a copy of the CD Koomurri Dreaming. Koomurri is an aboriginal group which brings its culture to events and places so we can share and enjoy it. I was lucky. This music is the most awesome fusion since it uses very up to the minute electronic sounds and manipulation but it is combined with the sounds of the didgeridoo and natural sounds from the oldest culture on the planet. The music is a bit techno, a bit funky, a bit dance. It puts you in a great mood and it it is just full of life and energy. The sound system blasting out over Darling Harbour did it justice and I am really glad I have my own copy of their music. Their site has a video you can enjoy.
