This was a 17 year old living up to expectation. It's all about them and what they want . They are so self absorbed they are totally oblivious to the needs of others. Even staying alive is irrelevant to them. Luckily the nurses could keep the older man alive...and contacted the police. We really have to stop this destructive egotism. It's really wearing thin and the glib responses are intolerable.
